AI government intrusion into our personal life. Problem is it will be like all other government intrusion: into the lives of law abiding citizens and not criminals.
In any case I don’t do any social media or have my image on line, at least that any one can identify me with AI or otherwise.
Now to order a set of those anti-AI and anti-surveillance eyeglasses.
I, too, was quite disturbed by that article—although the tech was inevitable, given longstanding trends. The sheer thoughtlessness of the app’s creator is disheartening.
I always thought it was creepy that Facebook prompts us to label faces in uploaded photos. That’s why it’s called Facebook, I guess …

His argument that someone was going to do this anyway is the same argument sociopathic entrepreneurs have been using for centuries.
