I’m working on a few puzzles for my time-travel story to illustrate what a character finds in some typescripts produced by chimpanzees, i.e. the infinite monkey theorem.
Although I’ll probably circle the hidden words in my story, I am curious as to whether readers can find the text on their own. A famous literary passage is hidden in the block of letters. Can you find the passage?

Uh, yeah, was it supposed to be hidden? I’m afraid you need to do more than just put a few random characters between each word and the next.

It’s not supposed to be hidden. It helps to have your confirmation. Now I don’t have to circle what should be obvious.

Didn’t mean to be pugnacious, but you called it a “puzzle” and said you’d circle the “hidden” words eventually, but meanwhile posed a challenge (“Can you find the passage?”). That led me to believe that the words were indeed hidden and that some sort of deciphering would be involved. I was surprised.

Ah. Just thinking about how to write my story. I guess I’m not sure how I’ll present the text boxes. Circled or not, the protagonist will note the words.
