    Rain and dreary days in FL are for practice in preparation for hurricanes.

    Too bad about the typewriter repairs. Unless there is total destruction they can probably be resurrected.

    Of course, I live in the high desert, but I once spent some time in the Pacific Northwest, and found cigars and jazz worked well on those rainy days to inspire creativity.
