Beautiful Royal 10, and view, too.
One reason I changed my search engine from DuckDuckGo to Ecosia. Ecosia plants trees (I hope).

I’ve been concerned about the deforestation of the rain forest and many other places on earth since the 70s.

Trees were also in the news when Notre Dame caught fire. They just don’t make those huge oaks any more. Must have had some huge oaks in PA in the 18th & 19th centuries as I recall my Greatgrandfather and Grandfather speaking of huge trees, mostly oak, 5 and 6 feet in diameter. They don’t exist any longer.

Our street was tree lined when I was a child. Those trees don’t exist any longer.

City streets were once lined with grand old Elm trees. Those don’t exist any longer.

    Sad.

One more reason we need to protect our national parks and forests. This vision of infinite growth and consumption is wholly unsustainable. Whenever possible, buy used—books, furniture, etc. I saw some amazing houses on a reality show. Everything was repurposed material. I’m sure that takes a lot of work and patience.

That Royal 10 was one of my best finds. I picked it up for $35 from an abandoned storage unit. The platen is pretty hard, but two pieces of paper will do the job.
