I wonder if Trump would be smart enough to use a typewriter. At least if he tried it’d (hopefully) keep him off Twitter. (I could go into a big long epistle on any President wasting their time on twitter)
My class discussed this issue yesterday—FDR on the radio, then the use of TV, now social media. Some of these were constructive. I think we all foolishly thought Trump would have limited his use of Twitter to 2016 campaigning. I see the logic in campaigns but not in the daily workings of running a nation. The bizarre is now normalized.

If he deserved one, I think it would be a Tom Thumb President. But I don’t think he should have *any* device for those tiny hands.
