This is a very exciting project. It is also frightening. Since I keep telling myself that I need to put more effort into writing, it took a project like CHT to make it happen. The hard part is getting a draft while facing a quickly approaching deadline.

I have persuaded some colleagues to adopt typewriters, too. Our department is now the most backward one on campus.

Not that I can recall. How strange. (I’m off the Beckett grid these days.) I see that he graduated from FSU before my time. We must have both worked with Stan Gontarski.
